Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Workwoven, operated by Perizer Labs. If you use Workwoven on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any data you add to your workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate the law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of employee, candidate, and client data complies with applicable employment, privacy, and data-protection laws.

Plans, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed per person, per month, as described on our pricing page. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you put into Workwoven. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep Workwoven available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Workwoven will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Workwoven at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them.
